Ticket Policies

Tickets NOT obtained through the Indy Fuel (“Fuel”), Indiana Farmers Coliseum Box Office (“Box Office”), or Ticketmaster are purchased at your own risk and maybe tickets that have been lost, stolen, or have been illegally resold.  In such cases, those tickets will not be honored.  Anyone presenting a stolen or counterfeit ticket is subject to ejection from the Indiana Farmers Coliseum (“Coliseum”) and potential arrest for possession of stolen property.

INDY FUEL TICKET POLICIES

Children
children two years and under do not require a ticket as long as they sit on the lap of a ticketed patron.  All others must have tickets.

Will-Call
Tickets purchased online may be picked up at the Box Office Will-Call window on game night.  To claim tickets at Will-Call, guests must present a valid photo ID and the credit card used to purchase the tickets.  Will-Call tickets will only be released to the person who placed the original order.  However, guests who wish to leave tickets at Will-Call for family, friends, or business associates may do so at their own risk by filling out a third party Will-Call envelope.  Guests are advised to arrive at the Box Office early to claim their Will-Call tickets as Box Office lines generally become more congested within 30 minutes prior to any home game.

Reselling Tickets

Tickets may not be resold directly on the grounds of the Coliseum.  Any resale of tickets must take place across the street or at a minimum of 100 feet away from the Coliseum.  Any person caught selling tickets in violation of this may have their tickets and/or ability to purchase future tickets to games revoked.

Arena Policy

The Coliseum is a tobacco-free facility.  The use of tobacco is prohibited in the Coliseum at all times.  Items in which patrons are forbidden from bringing into the Coliseum include outside food and drinks, including alcohol, bottles, or cans.  In addition, the following items are not permitted in the Coliseum; coolers or other similar products, air horns or other noisemakers, laser pens or laser products, and weapons or weapon-like objects of any kind.  Media passes are necessary for professional photography and video recording.  Passes for those with valid credentials must be obtained prior to game day by contacting the Fuel Media Relations Staff.

Guest Behavior

The Indy Fuel and Coliseum are committed to providing quality family entertainment in a safe environment.  Rowdy or inconsiderate behavior, sitting or standing in the aisles and profane or abusive language are examples of offenses that can result in the loss of ticket privileges.  Fans are encouraged to report inappropriate behavior to Coliseum staff.  In addition, the following actions will result in an automatic expulsion from the Coliseum and/or Fairgrounds:

  • Drunkenness
  • Smoking or tobacco usage anywhere within the Coliseum
  • Fighting and hostile behavior including the use of threatening gestures and profane language
  • Throwing objects on the playing surface
  • Non-compliance with requests from Fairgrounds or Coliseum security, and/or Indy Fuel staff
  • Engaging in unauthorized commercial activity anywhere on the Fairgrounds
  • Expulsion or a loss of ticket privileges does not entitle the ticket holder to a refund.

Traffic During Game Play

Always wait for the whistle before walking up or down the aisles.  Once there is a stoppage in play, the game attendant/usher will allow you to return to your seat.

License

The opportunity to purchase or renew Flex Packs, 9-Game Plans, Half-Season Tickets or Full-Season Tickets (collectively referred to as “Ticket Plans”) is not a property right but rather a License that may be revoked by the Fuel, in its sole discretion, at any time by remitting the purchase price of any unused tickets to the Ticket Plan holder of record (“TPH(s)”).  Purchasers of Ticket Plans obtain a License, in the form of a ticket, to use the seat location designated by the ticket for that particular game.  The Fuel owns and control all rights to Ticket Plan locations for their home games.  A License is granted on a game-by-game basis and is subject to both these Ticket Holder policies and any policies relating to tickets as established by the Coliseum and/or Indiana State Fair Commission.

Renewal

There is no automatic right to renew a License year-to-year including any form of legal or equitable right, containing without limitation, an expressed or implied contract, lease, option, right of first refusal, implied trust, or expectancy interest. At the discretion of the Fuel, Full-Season Ticket Plans set up on the 12-month payment plan will automatically renew on January 15 of each year at the most current pricing, with the opportunity to opt-out by February 15 of that year. In years when the Fuel does not conduct formal priority points based re-seating, renewal is generally offered to TPHs for the same seating that was held the previous year subject to any changes, limitations, and/or deadlines that the Fuel may adopt.  The Fuel reserve the right to (1) change Ticket Plan policies and prices at any time and for any reason; (2) apply changes differently to different persons or entities; (3) charge an administrative fee in connection with any approved change in TPHs account information; and (4) refuse to sell future Ticket Plans to any individual entity, including but not limited to, individuals or entities that:

  • Fail to comply with any applicable payment deadline or any other condition or restriction, whether in effect at present or in the future
  • Engage in a dispute relating to the identity of the TPH
  • Engage in improper conduct or permit use of their ticket(s) by any individual who engages in improper conduct

Playoff Tickets

Full-Season Plan holders agree to purchase playoff games on a "pay as we play" basis. By signing the Ticket Plan Reservation Form, Full-Season Plan holders authorize the Indy Fuel to charge their credit card on file 72 hours prior to a confirmed home playoff game.

Ticket Plan Ownership

The TPH and owner of each Ticket Plan is the first person, company, or organization indicated on the account.  Any other individual identified on the account shall not be recognized as the TPH.  For your protection, the Fuel will only consider requests concerning an account from the TPH.  All decisions by the Fuel regarding the identity of the TPH shall be final.  It is the responsibility of the TPH to notify the Fuel with any change in contact information including address, phone number, and e-mail address.  All requests concerning a Ticket Plan account must be made in writing, signed by the TPH, or a company authorized representative on company letterhead if the TPH is a company.

Redemption

Full-Season ticket holders have the ability to redeem any valid unused tickets at any regular-season game by exchanging the unused tickets at the Box Office on game day for tickets of equal or lesser value, subject to availability. Full-Season ticket holders agree to pay the face value of the tickets received if it is later discovered that the tickets used in exchange had been used prior to redeeming. Preseason tickets are not eligible to be redeemed. Regular season tickets cannot be exchanged for playoff tickets.

Transfer Policy

Tickets are generally non-transferable except, upon death, to members of the immediate family of the TPH.  A request to transfer must be submitted by the executor of the deceased estate or other authorized representative, supported by appropriate documentation to the Fuel.  The Fuel may allow the transfer of a company’s Ticket Plan account upon the sale or dissolution of the company or to an individual if that individual is an officer of the company.  The Fuel reserves the right to approve or reject any such requests at its sole discretion.

Lost/Stolen Tickets

The Fuel recommends that TPHs detach the proper tickets for the game they are attending and leave all remaining tickets at home.  In the event that tickets are lost or stolen, the Fuel will make their best effort to reprint the tickets provided that it is the TPH initiating the request and the original tickets have not entered the facility.  If the original tickets have been used, the TPH shall be required to purchase new tickets, subject to availability.  Please remember that tickets are like cash and should be kept in a safe location.

Refunds

All Ticket Plan sales are final, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable.  Any deposit or partial payment made towards the purchase of a Ticket Plan shall be forfeited and all associated privileges lost if payment in full is not received by the payment deadline.

Schedule Changes

Dates, times, and opponents of all games are subject to change.  When schedule changes occur, the Fuel will make every effort to notify TPHs of these changes.  However, it is the responsibility of the TPH to notify the recipient(s) of his/her game ticket(s) of these schedule changes.
