Parking is hassle-free at Fishers Event Center, with over 2,000 parking spots available for guests. Our parking lot is managed by LAZ, a trusted company with over 30 years of experience in event parking.

All payment for parking will be through LAZ's user-friendly mobile application and website. Guests have the option to prepay online or pay during the event, eliminating the need for gates and minimizing traffic congestion. To streamline your departure experience, our automated system scans your license plate upon exit to verify payment for parking.

Where do I park?

Season pass holder parking passes are valid in the West Premium Lot, shown on the map below. 

Getting there: Enter the FEC campus off the roundabout and exit on Lisbon Street. Follow the signs directing you to the entrance of the West Premium Lot where a lot attendant will scan and verify your season parking pass. You are free to park anywhere in the West Premium Lot. Your parking pass guarantees you a space up until the event start time.

License Plate Recognition: The Fishers Event Center utilizes License Plate Recognition technology to help get everyone in and out of the venue as quick as possible. No more long queue lines getting inside! When you bought your season parking pass, you were prompted to enter your license plate and state. Your license plate acts as your credential to come and go from the lot. 

We understand you may not take the same vehicle to every game, ride with a friend, or let a buddy borrow your tickets for the night. Below is how you can transfer your parking pass to someone else for the game or update your license plate information to a different vehicle. Remember, your season parking pass is only good for one vehicle per Fuel game.

How to Edit a Parking Pass: From the booking confirmation email from help@parkwhiz.com (sent to you when you purchased the pass) click “View Pass” or click the link to open your Pass. Click the red “Add/Edit” vehicle button, enter license plate information and click “save vehicle.” You can also edit it following the same steps through your Ticketmaster or Park Whiz accounts by going to your purchase history, clicking on your parking pass and editing the plate information.

How to Transfer a Parking Pass:

1. Only If taking the same vehicle that you purchased with, just forward the booking confirmation email to your intended recipient.

2. Using Parkwhiz.com – Click “my passes” in the web header then click the “transfer a pass” button in top corner. Select the correct parking pass for that event and select “Transfer,” then enter the recipients email address and send!

3. Using Park Whiz Mobile App – Click “my parking” then select the correct parking pass for the event date. Select the blue dot icon and click “Transfer Pass.” Enter recipients email address and click “Transfer Pass.”
