The Indy Fuel and Fishers Event Center are committed to creating a safe and comfortable environment and enjoyable entertainment experience. Fans have a right to expect an environment in which they will be treated in a consistent, professional, and courteous manner by all venue, team, and league personnel. The players and officials have the same rights. Accordingly, fans are responsible for their own conduct.
The following standards have been established with respect to fan conduct:
- Behavior that is unruly, disruptive, threatening, or illegal in nature, or conduct resulting in damage to the venue or other personal property.
- Wait until a stoppage in play to leave your seats, or to return to your seats from the concourse.
- Fans are encouraged to report inappropriate behavior to venue staff.
- Fans shall comply with requests from venue staff regarding venue operational and emergency procedures.
- Fans may not engage in unauthorized commercial activity while on venue property.
- Intoxication or other signs of alcohol or substance impairment that results in irresponsible behavior.
- Possession of an unauthorized device or other prohibited items.
- Failing to follow instructions of law enforcement, security personnel and/or guest services regarding Event Center operations, policies and/or emergency response procedures.
- Foul or abusive language, offensive language, or obscene gestures, to include the use of such language or gestures concerning a person’s race, ethnicity, color, gender, religion, creed, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression or national origin; or to instigate, incite or encourage a confrontation or physical assault.
- Verbal or physical harassment of officials, players, staff, or other fans.
Any behavior that otherwise targets other fans or interferes with other fans’ enjoyment of the game, such as unreasonably obstructing the view of other guests. - Interference with the progress of the game (including throwing objects, declining to return a ball that enters the stands or attempting to enter the field or any other location other than that permitted by the fan’s ticket or credential).
- Any conduct deemed inappropriate or dangerous to fans, participants, or team members.
- The use of any tobacco products, including e-cigarettes, inside the Event Center or within the immediate plazas, is prohibited. Additionally, once a fan exits the Event Center, re-entry is strictly prohibited.
Violation of the Fan Code of Conduct may result in ejection from the venue without a ticket refund. Serious or repeated violations may also result in supplementary action, including revocation of Fishers Event Center privileges, cancellation of Indy Fuel Season/Package seat accounts and all legal remedies.
