The Indy Fuel want to ensure all fans experience the excitement of watching hockey at Fishers Event Center. We are committed to provide excellent service to all guests. We are pleased to welcome guests of all abilities to our facility.

For those guests with specific needs, we offer the following services in accordance with ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act). Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the Indy Fuel front office at 317-925-3835 or Fishers Event Center at GuestServices@ASMFishers.com.

Accessible Entrances

All entrances will be ADA Accessible. 

‍Accessible Parking

There will be accessible parking at Fishers Event Center. Locations and additional information will be available in the fall.

There will be drop-off locations at the Fishers Event Center. Locations and additional information will be available in the fall. 

Animals

Inside of Event Center: 
Fishers Event Center will welcome certified, leashed service animals in accordance with the ADA title II and III Law. 

Please note, comfort animals, emotional support animals, and therapy dogs are not considered service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA. Other species of animals, whether wild or domestic, trained or untrained, are not considered service animals. A doctor’s letter does not turn an animal into a service animal and unfortunately animals identified under these categories will be denied access to the stadium.

Outside of Event Center:
Event Day: For most events, animals are not permitted in exterior event related spaces such as the plaza or parking lot. Exceptions to this policy may vary based on event type. Certified, leashed service animals in accordance with the ADA title II and III law are permitted.

Non-Event Day: Dogs are permitted in areas such as The Plaza if on leash.  All waste must be picked up and discarded in an appropriate container.

Assistive Listening Devices

Fishers Event Center will be equipped with an assistive listening system. The service provides real-time captions and assistive listening for all public-address announcements. The handheld device will be available for check out at Guest Services Center located at Section 109. Devices are available on a first come first serve basis.

Closed Caption 

Closed Captioning will be available at Fishers Event Center. 

‍Elevators

Priority use of passenger elevators will be given to guests and Team Members with limited mobility.

Stairs should be used to navigate the Event Center whenever possible.

To ensure the safe and efficient operation of the elevators, we ask our guests to follow the directions of the elevator operators, the elevator lobby attendants, and other Event Center Team Members at all times.

Fishers Event Center is equipped with a public elevator located by Section 111 near The Garage Team Shop adjacent to the Northeast entrances. 

Interpreting Services

Guests requiring interpreting services are asked to contact the guest services team at guestservices@asmfishers.com, no later than three (3) weeks prior to the event. We will do our best to meet guest requests, but we cannot guarantee the service for all events.

Sensory Kits

We will provide kits to fans with sensory sensitivities. Available at Guest Services at 109.

Accessible Tickets

Fishers Event Center will ensure equal access and enjoyment for all individuals, regardless of ability. Accessible seating will be available for all events and on all levels of the venue. Patrons with mobility impairment who require accessible seating are permitted to purchase tickets for accessible seats. This may include individuals who use wheelchairs, those who use other mobility devices, and people who cannot climb steps or walk long distances. Tickets for accessible seats may be sold to individuals who require accessible seating themselves or to someone purchasing on their behalf. People who do not fall within the categories above but merely have a preference for accessible seating are not permitted to purchase accessible seats.  Accessible seating (ADA) can be purchased online through Ticketmaster.com or in person at the Fishers Event Center Ticket Office during open public hours. 

Reasonable accommodations will be made for any individual who may need to exchange their tickets the day of an event for accessible seating. Accessible ticket relocations are based on first come, first served and are LIMITED in availability the day of show. 

Personal chairs, stools, chair cushions or other seating equipment will not be permitted inside of the Event Center.

‍Universal Changing Table 

A universal changing table will be located on the second level near Section 219, the Fishers Event Center will provide a safe and private restroom equipped with a changing table that will accommodate everyone, including adults. The universal changing table can also be adjustable by height.  

Wheelchair Assistance

Fishers Event Center is pleased to provide wheelchair assistance for mobility impaired guests. Wheelchair assistance is available to guests upon entry into the Event Center on a first-come, first-serve basis. Requests for wheelchair assistance can be made by asking an Event Center team member or by visiting a Guest Service Center (Section 109).
