INDIANAPOLIS – The Indy Fuel, proud ECHL affiliate of the NHL’s Chicago Blackhawks and the AHL’s Rockford IceHogs announced Wednesday that they have signed forward Terry Broadhurst to a standard player contract for the 2020-21 season.
Broadhurst, 32, joins Indy after he split the 2019-20 season between the American Hockey League’s Charlotte Checkers and Bridgeport Sound Tigers. Through 23 total games last year, Broadhurst tallied one goal and eight assists. Through an eight-year career, the 5-foot-11, 161-pound forward has 292 AHL games under his belt registering 47 goals and 91 assists.
Broadhurst will join the Fuel as they begin a four-game week, beginning with a Wednesday night matchup against South Carolina.
