GET READY FOR INDY FUEL GAME DAY! KEEP SCROLLING FOR EVERYTHING YOU'LL NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE BAG POLICY, PARKING AND MORE.
Doors for games open one hour before puck drop. This includes access to the Garage for ticketed guests!
- 7 p.m. puck drop | 6 p.m. doors open
- 3 p.m. puck drop | 2 p.m. doors open
- 4 p.m. puck drop | 3 p.m. doors open
- 5 p.m. puck drop | 4 p.m. doors open
For quickest entry into the Fishers Event Center, we strongly recommend that you do not bring a bag on event day. If a bag is necessary, the bag (including all Diaper Bags) must meet the following criteria in order to enter the Event Center:
Bags must be CLEAR plastic, vinyl or PVC and not exceed 12” x 6” x 12”. Bags cannot be tinted with color or include oversized content that prevents visibility into the clear bag. Only non-clear bags that are smaller than 4.5” x 6.5” will be permitted into the stadium.
Any type of non-clear bag exceeding 4.5” x 6.5” in size will not be permitted.
Diaper bags must be clear and comply with the Fishers Event Center Clear Bag Policy. Clear diaper bags that meet the Event Center’s bag policy specifications and accompany a child are permitted but are subject to search upon entry. Baby and infant care items such as bottled formula and small snacks may be brought into the Event Center, however, those items must be carried in a clear bag meeting the bag policy guidelines.
- Camera bags and cases that accompany any permitted personal device must meet the clear bag policy specifications or will be denied entry.
- Exceptions to the Clear Bag Policy will only be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection by security personnel. Please ask for assistance at the door.
Guests with non-complying bags will need to return their items to their cars.

Fishers Event Center is a non-smoking, non-vaping and tobacco free campus. The use of any tobacco based products, e-cigarettes and vaporizers, inside of the Event Center or within the immediate entrances, is strictly prohibited.
Additional prohibited items and behaviors at Fishers Event Center include, but are not limited to:
- Abusive, foul, or disruptive language.
- Animals (except service animals).
- Aerosol cans or pressurized containers.
- Bags that do not follow the Fishers Event Center clear bag policy, including diaper bags and personal camera bags that do not meet clear bag policy specifications.
- Batteries: Loose batteries, or batteries not used in a working, permitted device will not be allowed into the Event Center. Guests should be prepared to demonstrate the batteries operational use in a permitted device to security personnel upon request.
- Bottles, cans, glass, and other beverage containers.
- Cameras with lens longer than 3″ (non-detachable) and camera bags that do not meet clear bag policy specifications.
- Chairs, booster seats, stools, or other seating devices.
- Devices deemed suspicious by Event Center security in its sole discretion are prohibited. Guests should be prepared to demonstrate any device’s operational use upon request.
- Firearms.
- Food or beverage items.
- Hover-boards.
- Illegal drugs, or harmful chemicals.
- Inflated balls, including beach balls, or any missile or object that can be used as a projectile.
- Interference with the progress of the event (including throwing objects).
- Knives of any length.
- Laptops or tablets.
- Large Umbrellas – Must be under 12 inches to be allowed in the building.
- Laser Pointers.
- Lights.
- Masks related to health provisions are permitted; Other masks that cover or conceal identity are not permitted.
- Noisemakers, including but not limited to, whistles and horns.
- Outside food or beverages.
- Pyrotechnics and fireworks of any kind including, but not limited to, flares, smoke bombs, or incendiary devices.
- Remote controlled aircraft or unmanned aircraft systems (drones).
- Signs or flags (no larger than 2’ X 3’), shakers, pom-poms or any item with a pole or stick unless distributed by Fishers Event Center as a gate giveaway.
- Strollers or car seats.
- Thermoses/Cups.
- Ticket scalping.
- Trespassing, soliciting, peddling, and loitering.
- Tripods, monopods, and Selfie-Sticks.
- Weapons of any kind including, but not limited to knives, pepper spray, stun guns, concealed weapons, and firearms.
**and/or any other item or action deemed dangerous, unnecessary, inappropriate or suspicious in nature, by any Fishers Event Center team member.**
Fishers Event Center Security personnel will review all unique circumstances on a case-by-case basis and reserves the right to deny access of items based on specific event requirements/requests and overall building policies.
All listed items are subject to change based on event.

Parking is hassle-free at Fishers Event Center, with over 2,000 parking spots available for guests. Our parking lot is managed by LAZ, a trusted company with over 30 years of experience in event parking.
All payment for parking will be through LAZ's user-friendly mobile application and website. Guests have the option to prepay online or pay during the event, eliminating the need for gates and minimizing traffic congestion. To streamline your departure experience, our automated system scans your license plate upon exit to verify payment for parking.

Stop by The Garage before the game to pick up some Fuel gear! Jerseys, hats, sweatshirts and more are available for purchase at The Garage located to the left of the main entrance of Fishers Event Center!
The Garage is open one hour before puck drop through the end of the game on Fuel game days. Additionally, The Garage is open Tuesday-Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. with the exception of special event dates.
