INDIANAPOLIS - The Indy Fuel, proud ECHL affiliate of the NHL's Chicago Blackhawks and the AHL's Rockford IceHogs, announced Thursday a series of roster moves ahead of a pair of games this weekend at Indiana Farmers Coliseum. The Fuel have signed forward Stephen Collins and defenseman Riley Sweeney, while releasing goaltender Alex Sakellaropoulos. Additionally, defenseman Troy Vance has been moved to the team's injured reserve.

Hailing from Vancouver, British Columbia, Sweeney makes his professional debut in 2017-18 after taking a two-year break from his playing career, serving as the Assistant Coach and Conditioning Coach for the British Columbia Hockey League's (BCHL) Surrey Eagles in 2016-17.
