This past Saturday, the ECHL Board of Governors approved the cancellation of the remainder of the 2019-20 Season, due to concerns over the COVID-19 pandemic.

The health, safety, and protection of fans and players are of the utmost importance to the Indy Fuel organization.

This is an entirely new and fluid situation that has developed amongst the sports world, so we greatly appreciate your patience as we work through each issue. We look forward to having you back at an Indy Fuel game next season.

The affected Indy Fuel scheduled home games at Indiana Farmers Coliseum that have been cancelled include:

Friday, March 13 vs. Wichita

Sunday, March 15 vs. Kalamazoo

Friday, March 27 vs. Wheeling

Saturday, March 28 vs. Toledo

Saturday, April 4 vs. Ft. Wayne

I'm a Season, Partial, or other plan holder. What happens to my tickets?

All season ticket holders will be issued a credit for the canceled games they purchased. The credit value of those games will be applied to your 2020-2021 season account. If you do not wish to renew season tickets, a credit will be applied to your account for you to purchase a mini plan or single game tickets for the 2020-2021 season. You will be contacted by your Indy Fuel ticket executive in the coming weeks.

I purchased a single game ticket through Ticketmaster, how do I get a refund?

If you purchased your tickets via Ticketmaster, a refund will be automatically issued to the credit card you used to purchase. For additional info, please visit https://help.ticketmaster.com/

I purchased a single game ticket through the box office can I get a refund?

If you purchased using a credit card, a refund will be automatically issued to the credit card used. But I paid cash? If purchased with cash, you need to visit the Indiana Farmers Coliseum Box Office (Monday-Friday 10 am - 5 pm) and provide tickets for refund.

I had a group event scheduled for a canceled game, what happens to my tickets?

Groups can either apply their credit for a game during the 2020-2021 season or receive a full refund issued to the credit card you used to purchase within 30 business days. You will be contacted by your Indy Fuel ticket executive in the coming weeks.

I purchased my ticket through an Indy Fuel online group link. What can I do?

You will be contacted by an Indy Fuel ticket executive in the coming weeks.

I purchased my ticket through a resale site. Will I receive a refund?

All tickets purchased through a resale site (i.e. Stubhub, Ticket Galaxy, etc.) will be subject to the refund policy of that ticket marketplace. Please contact their customer service departments for more information.
