Fuel Reveal 2021-22 Promotional Schedule

INDIANAPOLIS - The Indy Fuel, proud ECHL affiliate of the NHL's Chicago Blackhawks and the AHL's Rockford IceHogs, unveiled Friday their promotional schedule for the 2021-22 season at Indiana Farmers Coliseum. The Fuel kick off home schedule with an Opening Weekend matchup with the Cincinnati Cyclones on October 23. Information regarding on-sale dates for single-game tickets will be announced soon.

October 23rd – Opening Night Presented by IBEW Local481

Join the Fuel for the first puck drop of the 2021-2022 season. The first 5,000 fans will receive rally towels presented by IBEW Local481 to wave in the excitement of opening night at Indiana Farmers Coliseum.

November 5th –Military Night Presented by ESGR

The Fuel salutes the servicemen and women who keep us safe every day. Throughout the night, tributes will be made to military personnel for serving our country and dedicating their lives to fighting for our freedom. The Fuel will be wearing special military-themed jerseys that you can bid on after the game!

November 17th - Movember/Men’s Health Awareness Presented by Community Health Network

Join the Fuel as they raise awareness for men’s health and kick off the “Movember” campaign. The Movember Foundation is a global men’s health charity committed to changing the face of men’s health. The Movember initiative is prevalent throughout the hockey community and many players and staff members throughout the hockey world will grow mustaches for the month of November in support of men’s health.

November 19th – All You Can Eat Night

Fill your tank with endless burgers, hot dogs and popcorn – all FREE with a game ticket.

November 20th – Pucks and Paws Night

A night dedicated to your four-legged friends? You heard right. Bring your pooch with you to Indiana Farmers Coliseum and receive a special giveaway while you watch the Indy Fuel take on the Kalamazoo Wings.

November 27th – Marvel Super Hero Night Presented by Financial Center FCU

Your favorite Marvel Super Heroes arrive at Indiana Farmers Coliseum while the Fuel wears Sam Wilson Captain America jerseys and tries to defeat the evil Fort Wayne Komets. Hang out with our special guests Captain America and Spiderman as they walk around the concourse signing autographs and taking pictures with your little heroes. The first 500 fans to donateto Pack the Pantry will receive a giveaway item presented by Financial Center FCU.

December 1st – Wintertainment Presented by Somerset CPAs

What better way to spend the winter season than at Wintertainment with the Fuel! That is right, winter-filled entertainment not just for one game, but four. Fans will also have the opportunity to purchase player-painted ornaments. All proceeds go to Community Health Network. 

December 17th – All You Can Eat Night & Wintertainment Presented by Community Health Network

Join the Fuel for night two of Wintertainment while you fill your tank with endless burgers, hot dogs and popcorn – all FREE with a game ticket. The first 1,500 fans will receive a Nitro snow globe courtesy of IBEW Local 481!

December 18th- Teddy Bear Toss & Wintertainment Presented by Indiana Farmers Insurance

Wrap up Wintertainment with the Fuel before the holiday. The fur flies for a good cause during one of the most exciting nights of the hockey season! Bring a new stuffed animal to Indiana Farmers Coliseum and get ready to throw it onto the ice after the Fuel scores their first goal. Each and every fuzzy friend will be collected and donated to the WRTV Toy Drive benefiting children around Central Indiana.

December 28th – Teacher Appreciation Night Presented by Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield

Join the Fuel as we give a big thank you to all educators on Teacher Appreciation Night. All teachers will receive a special ticket offer to watch the Fuel take on the Norfolk Admirals. 

December 29th – PJammin & Do 317

The Fuel are excited to partner with PJammin for Kids with Cancer for the second year in a row! PJammin is an organization that helps raise awareness for childhood cancer and provides free resources to cancer patients and their families. Fans can also enjoy a night featuring $3 beer and soda, $1 hot dogs, and $7 limited edition t-shirts!

January 2nd – Family Fun Day & Kids Eat Free Presented by McCain Foods USA

Enjoy an afternoon out with the family as the Fuel puts on a show for people of all ages! Did we almost forget to mention that kids get to eat FREE? 

January 7th – Indiana Farmers and Friends Night Presented by Indiana Farmers Insurance

Join us as we celebrate eight years of partnership with our friends from Indiana Farmers Insurance!

January 15th – Hockey Fights Cancer Presented by Community Health Network

Join the Fuel during a night where we recognize the fight against all forms of cancer as well as honor those throughout the night that have either fought, are currently fighting, or have lost their fights to cancer. The Fuel will be wearing specialty jerseys and fans will have the chance to bid on the game-worn jerseys after the game to help raise money for cancer research.

January 16th – Family Fun Day & Kids Club Takeover Day & Kids Eat Free Presented by PNC Bank

Kids run the show tonight. Various kids and family activities throughout the night as kids get the chance to replace our emcee, PA announcer and various other game-day employees. Kids can also enjoy their favorite food for free! 

January 22nd – Blackhawks Night Presented by Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield

The Madhouse on Madison returns to Indianapolis as the Fuel celebrates their NHL affiliate, the Chicago Blackhawks. A Blackhawks legend will be in attendance, along with other Chicago hockey personalities such as Jim Cornelison, the Blackhawks Ice Crew and Tommy Hawk. Make sure you put on your favorite Blackhawks jersey as you join us at the Indiana Farmers Coliseum!

January 28th – Throwback Night & Do 317 Presented by Outback Steakhouse

Join us for a totally tubular matchup against the Reading Royals. There will be some gnarly throwbacks and games throughout the night while the first 1,300 fans will receive a far-out throwback item presented by IBEW Local481. Fans can also enjoy a night featuring $3 beer and soda, $1 hot dogs, and $7 limited edition t-shirts!

February 2nd – National Girls and Women in Sports Day

The Fuel will be celebrating and honoring the accomplishments of females in sports, both on-screen and behind the scenes, as we recognize the victories from the past and strive for equality in the future.

February 12th – Star Wars Night Presented by Citizens Energy Group

The force is strong at Indiana Farmers Coliseum as your favorite Star Wars characters arrive to watch the Fuel take on the Cincinnati Cyclones in a galaxy far, far away…

February 24th – Education Day

This one is for the kids! The Fuel partner up with local school districts to welcome thousands of students to the Indiana Farmers Coliseum for the best field trip ever! Fuel Season Ticket plan holders who can't play hooky from work will be able to exchange their tickets for any other available home game.

February 25th – Hockey for Indy Presented by PNC Bank

Hockey is for everyone! The Fuel team up with local organizations to promote respect and inclusion in the sports community, all part of the Fuel's "Hockey For Indy" initiative.

February 26th – Racing Night Presented by Lucas Oil Products

Fans… start your engines! The Wichita Thunder arrives in the Racing Capital of the World as the Fuel don special racing suit-themed jerseys to celebrate the rich history of racing in the Circle City. Fans in attendance can donate to the Eric Medlen Memorial and receive a special Fuel-themed phone charging kit presented by Lucas Oil Products. 

March 12th – Wizard Night Presented by Community Health Network

Grab your wand and get ready for a magical evening as the Fuel take on the Cincinnati Cyclones. The first 2,500 fans will receive wizard glasses!

March 18th – Faith and Family Night & All You Can Eat Presented by Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield

An annual game where faith and hockey collide! Come out to Indiana Farmers Coliseum to celebrate Indy Fuel hockey, faith, and fellowship as you enjoy endless burgers, hot dogs and popcorn – all FREE with a game ticket.

March 19th – Margaritaville Night 

It’s 5 o’clock somewhere! Join the Fuel as they turn the Indiana Farmers Coliseum into a giant beach party! The team will also be wearing special Margaritaville jerseys that fans will be able to bid on following the game.  

March 20th – Family Fun Day & Kids Eat Free Presented by The Farmers Bank

Enjoy an afternoon out with the family as kids eat FREE while the Fuel and Cincinnati Cyclones put on a show for people of all ages!  

March 23th – Game Show Night

Spin! That! Wheel! Join us as we celebrate some of the best game shows. Fans will be able to participate in activities inspired by some of the most famous game shows. 

March 25th – Netflix Night

Come out to Indiana Farmers Coliseum as the Fuel celebrates all of the top shows on Netflix with an appearance by a special guest. 

March 27th – Family Fun Day & Kids Eat Free

Enjoy an afternoon out with the family as kids eat FREE while the Fuel puts on a show for people of all ages! 

April 3rd – Autism Awareness & Family Fun Day/ Kids Eat Free Presented by DAMAR Services

Enjoy an afternoon out with the family as kids eat FREE while the Fuel take on the Iowa Heartlanders in an afternoon matchup. In addition, the Fuel will celebrate diversity and inclusion with their Autism Awareness night. 

April 8th – Made in America/ First Responders Night & Do 317 Presented by IBEW Local481

The Fuel will be celebrating the Red, White and Blue on Friday, April 8 on Made In America Night as they take on the Wheeling Nailers. Throughout the night, tributes will be made to first responders and emergency personnel for all their hard work and dedication to our community. Fans can also enjoy a night featuring $3 beer and soda, $1 hot dogs, and $7 limited edition t-shirts!

April 16th- Fan Appreciation Night Presented by Community Health Network

The Fuel extends a stick tap to the best fans in the ECHL during the final home game of the 2021-22 regular season! With giveaways all night, Fuel fans will have the chance to get their hands on Fuel-themed prizes throughout the entire game. The first 1,200 fans will receive a bobblehead presented by Central Indiana Honda Dealers.
