MATCHUP: Indy Fuel @ Cincinnati Cyclones

INDIANAPOLIS- The Fuel are playing the Cincinnati Cyclones for the fifth time this season and are looking for their second win in a row against them and first in Cincinnati.
LAST TIME OUT
The last time these two teams met was December 30 where a sold out crowd at Indiana Farmers Coliseum witnessed a 9-6 barnburner where the Fuel took their first win of the season over the Cyclones to remain in first place in the Central division. Indy leads Cincinnati by five points in the standings now.
WICKED WIDEMAN
Alex Wideman still currently leads the Indy Fuel in points with 38 in 33 games. 26 of those points are assists which he also leads the team in this season. Additionally, earlier this year, Wideman broke the franchise record for most assists and continues to grow that number rapidly. Consistency has been key for Wideman and he is just one game away from breaking his career high eight game point streak which he has achieved three times in his career.
MASSIVE MOMENTUM
The Fuel have won six of their last seven games, steadily widening the gap between themselves and the Cyclones who sit behind them in second place in the division. The only team with a better record in the entire league are the Idaho Steelheads. The Fuel’s 23-9-1 record is their best start through 33 games in franchise history.
