INDIANAPOLIS – The Indy Fuel announced today that defenseman Koletrane Wilson and forward Colin Bilek have been recalled by the Rockford IceHogs, the Fuel’s AHL affiliate.
This is Wilson’s second callup after an injury sidelined him for over thirty games this season. During his last stint with the IceHogs earlier this month, Wilson played in three games and scored his first professional goal. He has played nine total AHL games, including six games with the Stockton Heat from 2020 to 2022.
This season with the Fuel, Wilson has played in 21 games, tallying six assists and collecting 48 penalty minutes.
Bilek joined the Fuel after 45 games with the Trois-Rivieres Lions of the ECHL, where he recorded 14 goals and nine assists. Prior to that, he was captain of the West Point Black Knights for his final two of four seasons. He led the team in scoring both of those years. In his collegiate career he recorded 43 goals and 50 assists.
With the Fuel, Bilek scored four goals and tallied one assist in eight games, including a two-goal game against the Fort Wayne Komets on March 12.
In addition, the Milwaukee Admirals have called up defenseman Chris Cameron for the second time this season.
In 56 games this year with the Fuel, Cameron has tallied 14 points and collected 113 penalty minutes, a category in which he led the team. He played two games this season for the Admirals when called up in December before returning to Indy.
