INDIANAPOLIS- Tonight, the Fuel take on the Toledo Walleye for the final time in the regular season. Indy is 1-3-1-0 against Toledo this season and looks to grab one more win against them before potentially meeting them in the Kelly Cup playoffs.
LAST TIME OUT
The last time these two teams met was March 17, when the Walleye visited Indy and claimed a 3-2 win. Despite being during their 18-game win streak, the Walleye did have to take it to overtime with the Fuel to earn the win so Indy was able to collect one point in the standings during the match.
DIVISION DIFFERENCES
After an 18 game win streak, the Walleye have lost three of their last four games, the most recent being a 3-1 loss to the last place Iowa Heartlanders last night. The Walleye remain in second place in the Central division with 91 points behind the Cincinnati Cyclones who have 95 points. The Cyclones also broke a 21-game point streak, the longest in their history, last night with a 11-0 loss to the South Carolina Stingrays.
