GAME 32 - WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 10 VS. TOLEDO - 7-2 L
The Fuel hosted the Toledo Walleye on Wednesday night in their first home game of 2024. Despite going into the second period tied at one, the Walleye came away with the win, 7-2.
GAME 33 - FRIDAY, JANUARY 12 AT WHEELING - 5-2 W
The Fuel ventured back to Wheeling to take on the Nailers to start their second straight weekend on the road. After a dominant first period, the Fuel set the tone and came away with the 5-2 win, largely in part to Jon Martin’s hat trick in his first game back from the IR.
GAME 34 - SATURDAY, JANUARY 13 AT WHEELING - 8-7 W
The Fuel looked for the two-game sweep and fifth straight road win against the Nailers on Saturday night. The Fuel erased a five-goal deficit with a six-goal third period, winning their fifth straight on the road 8-7.
GAME 35 - SUNDAY, JANUARY 14 AT TOLEDO - 5-3 L
The Fuel finished their weekend in Toledo with an early evening game against the Walleye. After a close two periods, the Fuel ultimately fell 5-3 to the Walleye on Sunday.

OIL DROPS
- Jon Martin, upon returning from the IR, had his first hat trick of the season on Friday night. It was also the first hat trick of the Indy Fuel season.
- Darby Llewellyn scored his first goal of the season on Friday at Wheeling.
- Cam Hillis cracked the Overall Leader list, ranking 17th in the ECHL in points. He also had one goal and two assists in the ECHL All-Star game on Monday.
- Upon returning from suspension, Chris Cameron scored his first goal of the season on Saturday against Wheeling. That same game, Cameron dropped the gloves 7 seconds into the first period against Wheeling's Matt Quercia.
TEAM NOTES
- The Fuel have the second most penalty minutes in the league. Chris Cameron leads the team with 80 minutes.
- On Saturday’s game in Wheeling, the Fuel had six goals in the third period. This helped the Fuel to victory, winning 8-7 and tied a franchise record of most goals in a road game as well as most goals in one period.
- In Saturday's game, Martin scoring at 8:40 and Maniscalco scoring at 8:49 tied a franchise record for the fastest two goals scored consecutively.
- With the increasing number of penalty minutes, means more penalty kills. The Fuel allowed 3 PPG on Saturday, but are still eighth in the league overall on the penalty kill.
