INDIANAPOLIS - The Fuel head to Wheeling to face the Nailers for the first of two games this weekend. Indy will look to keep the momentum going after their win against Toledo on Wednesday.
LAST TIME OUT
These two teams last met on April 27, 2024, in Game 5 of the playoffs. The Nailers took a 4-2 win over the Fuel, ending their playoff run. This is their first meeting of six this season, with the first two being road games for the Fuel.
PLAYOFF REVENGE
The Fuel are looking for revenge after being eliminated in round one of the playoffs by the Nailers last year. During the regular season, the Fuel dominated Wheeling and went 8-2-1-0 over their 11 games played. With a clean slate this season, Indy is determined to come back stronger than last year.
