INDIANAPOLIS- The Fuel will host the Kalamazoo Wings on Friday night in the first matchup of 2025. Indy will wear specialty Glow Night jerseys that glow in the dark.
LAST TIME OUT
The last time these two teams met was on New Year’s Eve when the Fuel visited Kalamazoo. After being tied for two periods, the Fuel took a late-game win with a third period goal by Kevin Lombardi, who now leads the team in game-winning goals. Both teams only collected four penalty minutes each in what was a very clean game, somewhat unusual for these rivals.
LET’S GO LOMBARDI
Kevin Lombardi is one of three players to suit up for every Fuel game so far this season. He is second on the team in goals, points, and shots. He also leads the team in game winners and insurance goals while being tied for most multi-point games for the Fuel this season. Coming off of a two-point night against Kalamazoo, Lombardi will look to have another strong performance on Friday.
