INDIANAPOLIS – The Indy Fuel, proud ECHL affiliate of the NHL’s Chicago Blackhawks and the AHL’s Rockford IceHogs have announced the club’s roster for 2020 Training Camp, set to begin Wednesday, December 2 at Indiana Farmers Coliseum.
The 2020 Training Camp roster features 28 total players, including 16 forwards, 10 defensemen, and two goaltenders. The group features 12 players who appeared on the 2019-20 Indy Fuel roster.
In addition to announcing the Training Camp roster, the Fuel announced the signings of forwards Derek Barach and Matt Marcinew, as well as defensemen Scott Savage, Chris Martenet and Mike Lee. Derek Barach has been signed to a 2020-21 Standard Player Contract (SPC) while Savage, Martenet and Marcinew will be on Pro Tryout Contracts (PTO). After graduating from Sacred Heart University Mike Lee will attend the Fuel camp on a Tryout Agreement.
Due to current COVID-19 protocols, all training camp sessions and regular-season practices will be closed to the public.
