After handing Indy their fourth loss of the season in a 2-0 shutout on Friday night, the Rapid City Rush enter Indiana Farmers Coliseum having won three out of their last five games. The Fuel will be looking to bounce back on Saturday night after losing three out of their last four games and back to back losses at home.Â

LAST TIME OUT
Taking an early lead in the first period, the Rush would see goals from Butrus Ghafari and Peter Quenneville. Indy would have two 5-on-3 chances throughout the night but would be stymied by Rapid City’s penalty kill and goaltender David Tendeck. The Fuel would struggle to produce opportunities throughout the night, eventually being shut out 2-0 by Tendeck.Â
RIGHTING THE SHIP
Having lost three out of their last four games, the Fuel will be looking to get back to their winning ways on Saturday night. Friday’s game was the first game of the season where Indy was shutout and the eighth game of the season where they gave up the first goal. Giving up two goals on Friday, Indy was also handed their first multiple-goal loss of the season.Â
GOOD NEWS, BAD NEWS
Although failing to score on two separate 5-on-3 chances in Friday night’s game against Rapid City, the Fuel killed off all six penalties they were handed. Sitting in fifth in the ECHL in penalty kill percentage, the Fuel have killed off 87.1% of their penalties this season. In their past two games, the Fuel has had 11 power-play chances and have only scored one time. Entering Saturday night, the Fuel sits in sixth in the league in power-play percentage at 17.1%.Â
