Wheeling would take the lead in the first period thanks to a Patrick McNally goal before Indy’s Willie Raskob tied the game in the second. Wheeling would score two unanswered goals in the third period to eventually take the 3-1 win over Indy.

Entering Wednesday’s contest, forward Matt Marcinew has picked up goals in three straight games. Scoring the eventual game-winning goal on Saturday night against Rapid City, forward Matt Marcinew broke the Fuel franchise record for game-winning goals.
