INDIANAPOLIS – The Rockford IceHogs, American Hockey League (AHL) affiliate of the ECHL’s Indy Fuel, announced Thursday that they have assigned forward Chad Yetman and goaltender Cale Morris to the Indy Fuel.
Yetman, 21, re-joins the Fuel after playing four games for the IceHogs. Splitting his time between Indy and Rockford, the 6th round draft pick in the 2020 NHL Entry Draft (172nd overall) has appeared in 16 games for the Fuel this season totaling five goals and nine assists.
Morris, 25, returns to the Circle City after appearing in two games for the IceHogs, earning 1.64 goals-against average and .919 save percentage. The native of Larkspur, Colorado has appeared in 12 games for Indy this season registering a 2.79 goals-against average and a .903 save percentage. In his second pro season, Morris has played in nine total games at the AHL level, earning a 3-3-0 record.
