INDY FUEL WEEK 13 RESULTS: 2-1-0-0, 14-15-2-2 Overall
Friday, January 14 - Fuel 4 at Fort Wayne 2:
Playing the first of three straight games on the weekend, the Fuel traveled to Fort Wayne for the second time this season. Scoring three straight goals in the first period, the Fuel would hang on to their lead for the remainder of the game to eventually earn a 4-2 win on Friday night.
Saturday, January 15 - Fuel 4 vs Iowa 3:
In their second game in as many days, the Indy Fuel hosted the Iowa Heartlanders on Saturday night. Although heading into the first intermission trailing by a goal, the Fuel would score three goals throughout the game and eventually earn the 4-3 win in overtime.
Sunday, January 16 - Fuel 1 vs Iowa 2:
Playing their third game in three days, the Indy Fuel hosted the Iowa Heartlanders on Sunday afternoon. After coming back from a 1-0 deficit for the majority of the game, the Fuel gave up a late goal handing them their first loss of the new year.

Picking up an assist on Sunday afternoon, Scoring Saturday’s overtime winner, Jared Thomas has two goals and three assists in his last three games. Riding a six-game point streak, Thomas leads the Fuel in points having tallied eight goals and 23 assists in 29 games.

Having won five of their last six games, the Indy Fuel have outscored 23-10. With 23 goals in six games, Indy has seen 10 different players get on the score sheet. Leading the team in goals, Spencer Watson has scored 16 goals this season, tying him for second place on the ECHL’s scoring list. His 16 goals put him two goals away from passing Ryan Rupert for second place on the Fuel’s all-time goals list.
