INDIANAPOLIS – The Rockford IceHogs, proud American Hockey League affiliate of the Chicago Blackhawks of the National Hockey League, announced today that goaltender Cale Morris has been reassigned from the Indy Fuel to the IceHogs.
Morris, 25, returned to the Fuel on March 1 and appeared in five games earning a 3-2 record. The 6-foot-1, 190-pound goaltender has appeared in four games for the IceHogs this season registering a 2.96 goals-against average and a .885 save percentage. Through 19 games with the Fuel, Morris has amassed a 2.83 goals-against average and a .896 save percentage.
