INDIANAPOLIS – The Rockford IceHogs, American Hockey League (AHL) affiliate of the ECHL’s Indy Fuel, announced Wednesday that they have recalled defenseman Cliff Watson and forward Chad Yetman from the Fuel.
Watson, 28, joined the Fuel on March 30 after spending the majority of the season with the IceHogs. Skating in five games since being assigned to the Fuel, Watson tallied one goal, one assist and 13 penalty minutes. Appearing in 17 AHL games this season, Watson has registered four assists and eight penalty minutes.
Yetman, 22, returns to the IceHogs after playing in 10 games for the Fuel and tallying three goals and 10 assists. The Ajax, Ontario native has split his time between Indy and Rockford this season, skating a total of 32 games for the Fuel, earning nine goals and 20 assists. Through 15 games with the IceHogs this year, Yetman has earned one goal and two assists.
