Fans… start your engines! The Fort Wayne Komets arrive in the Racing Capital of the World as fans in attendance can check out some racecars in the lobby and other racing-themed fun.

PARKING: Parking at Indiana State Fairgrounds is $10. Fans are encouraged to arrive early to park due to anticipated large crowds at the Fairgrounds. Infield parking is now available.

TICKETS: Tickets for today’s game can be purchased at the Indiana Farmers Coliseum Box Office or online HERE. Kids two and under do not need a ticket as long as they sit on the lap of a ticketed patron.

BAG POLICY: The Indy Fuel now follow the same bag policy as all Indiana State Fairgrounds events. All bags are subject to search upon entering the arena. All bags larger than 14” x 14” x 6” (backpacks, suitcases, duffel bags, etc.) are prohibited. Please plan accordingly to help facilitate a quick and efficient entry process. ABOUT THE HOCKEY:

INDIANAPOLIS- The Fuel are hosting the Fort Wayne Komets for the first time since December 9 when the Fuel defeated the Komets 5-4 in regulation. Since then, these teams have met five times in Fort Wayne. Indy has won four of those games.

LAST TIME OUT

The last time these two teams played was last Sunday in Fort Wayne where the Fuel defeated the Komets 6-2 in a game filled with whistles and power play goals. Indy scored on the power play three times, while Fort Wayne did once. Between both teams there was a combined 114 penalty minutes in that match.

PLAYOFF POSSIBILITIES

The Fuel have the opportunity to clinch the playoffs tonight if they win in regulation and the Wheeling Nailers lose in regulation. Wheeling is playing their third game of a three-game set against the Norfolk Admirals who were the first team to be mathematically eliminated from playoff contention. The Nailers have won both games against Norfolk already this week and are looking for a sweep.
