ABOUT THE HOCKEY:
INDIANAPOLIS- The Fuel will finish their weekend with the third matchup in a row against the Atlanta Gladiators and look to sweep the series on Wizard & Sock Toss Night.
LAST TIME OUT
The last time these two teams met was last night when the Fuel defeated Atlanta 6-4 in a back-and-forth matchup that saw four lead changes. Cam Hillis shined with two goals and an assist as well as Kyle Maksimovich who netted the game winning goal and had a multi-point night. Brett Bulmer also continued his multi-point game streak with a goal and an assist.
HILLY MAYHEM
Cam Hillis, who was named as Indy’s representative at the ECHL All-Star Game last month has led the Fuel in points all season and is quickly approaching 50 after another multi-point game last night. With 14 goals and 33 assists in 45 games, Hillis is a huge asset to the Fuel’s offense. He leads the team with ten multi-point games headed into tonight.
FREE ELVES
Indy is hosting their first annual Sock Toss Night tonight. Much like Teddy Bear Toss, after the first Fuel goal is scored, fans are encouraged to toss new, packaged socks onto the ice to be donated. Bring yours and help free the house elves with our sock toss event!
