INDIANAPOLIS- The Fuel will head to Atlanta for the first of two games against the Gladiators to wrap up their three-game road trip to begin the season.
LAST TIME OUT
The Fuel welcomed Atlanta to Indy last season for a three-game series at Indiana Farmers Coliseum and the results were something Fuel fans loved. Indy won all three games and they'll look to continue that winning streak against the Gladiators in their home arena.
BOUNCING BACK
The season opener in Savannah was one to forget as the Fuel lost 4-1 with their lone goal coming with 33 seconds left on the clock. The goal came from Adam McCormick, giving him his first professional goal. It's not the start the Fuel wanted but rookie goaltender Ben Gaudreau shook off the first-game jitters in the first period and settled down the rest of the way. He'll be a big factor in the Fuel walking away from this road trip above .500 to start the season.
