GAME 18 - FRIDAY, DECEMBER 13 VS ALLEN - 6-0 W

The Fuel hosted the Allen Americans for Eras Night on Friday. After going six years without facing each other, the Fuel shutout Allen 6-0 with two power play goals and a four-point night from Jordan Martin.

GAME 19 - SATURDAY, DECEMBER 14 VS KALAMAZOO - 4-3 OTL

In front of a sold out crowd of 6,610 fans, the Fuel hosted the Kalamazoo Wings for their annual Teddy Bear Toss game where they collected a franchise high 6,852 stuffed animals for charity after a second period goal by Ryan Gagnier. The game headed to overtime and ultimately, Kalamazoo took the 4-3 win.

GAME 20 - SUNDAY, DECEMBER 15 AT KALAMAZOO - 2-0 W

The Fuel ended the weekend on the road in Kalamazoo against the Wings. Joe Vrbetic would shine again as he pitched his second straight shutout in a 2-0 win for the Fuel.

ROSTER MOVES

• Forward Matus Spodniak has been recalled by Rockford (AHL) (12/14/24)
• Forward Bennett Stockdale has been traded to the Indy Fuel (12/15/24)

OIL DROPS

• Goaltender Joe Vrbetic posted two back-to-back shutouts in the games he played on Friday and Sunday. He is closing in on the longest shutout streak in franchise history. 
• Forward Ethan Manderville scored his first professional goal on Sunday vs. Kalamazoo. It was the game winning goal in the 2-0 shutout. 

TEAM NOTES

• The Fuel hosted their second shutout of the season on Saturday night with 6,610 fans in attendance.
• That night was Teddy Bear Toss and Indy set a new franchise record of most bears thrown with 6,852. 
• The Fuel’s power play is ranked ninth in the league with 14 power play goals scored in 68 opportunities. 
• Indy is ranked second in the league on the penalty kill with a 91.2% kill rate.
