INDIANAPOLIS- The Fuel will host the Cincinnati Cyclones on Friday night to kick off a home 3-in-3 against some important teams as they try to climb the Central division standings.
LAST TIME OUT
The last time these two teams met was last Saturday when the Fuel visited Cincy and took their lone victory of the weekend, 2-1. Darby Llewellyn and Kevin Lombardi had the two goals for Indy, with Lombardi claiming the game winner with under three minutes to go in the third period. Ben Gaudreau was solid in net, allowing one goal on 21 shots.
WHERE DO WE STAND?
The Fuel and Cyclones enter this game as the sixth and seventh seeded teams in the Central division, however it is still anybody’s game as they are separated by just two points and sit behind Kalamazoo and Bloomington who are tied just four points ahead of Indy.
