GAME 7 - WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 5 VS BLOOMINGTON - 4-2 L

The Indy Fuel started their three game stretch against the Bloomington Bison at home on Wednesday night. The Fuel would start off the scoring early in the first, but after that would spiral and allow three goals consecutively to the Bison. While it was a one score game going into the third, the Bison would score an empty net goal and secure the win.

GAME 8 - FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 7 VS BLOOMINGTON - 5-0 W

The Indy Fuel went into the second game of the series with a chip on their shoulder against Bloomington. The Fuel would have an offensive field day, scoring one in the first, three in the second, and one more in the third. They shut out the Bison and got their first home win of the season.

GAME 9 - SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 8 AT BLOOMINGTON - 3-1 W

The Indy Fuel would finish their series against the Bison traveling to Bloomington. It would be a close game with the teams tied 1-1, but the Fuel would break away in the third with two goals, one being an empty netter.

OIL DROPS

• Goaltender Ryan Ouellette would have the first shutout of the year for the Fuel while also having his first shutout of his Fuel career. He is also second in save percentage in the whole ECHL.
• Forward Brett Moravec leads the team in goals as a rookie with five in nine games. He also leads the team in power play goals with three.
• Forward Tyler Paquette scored his first career goal while also being the Fuels first short-handed goal of the season on Wednesday.
• Forward Christian Sarlo was the most recent signing to the Fuel last playing for Maine Mariners.

TEAM NOTES

• The Fuel won their first home game of the season against Bloomington on Friday night.
• Indy won consecutive games for the first time of the season making them .500 on the year.
• The Fuel have allowed the most overall short-handed goals in the league with six in nine games.
• The Fuel are 3-1-1 when outshooting their opponent and 4-1 when scoring the first goal of the game.
