FISHERS- The Fuel have announced on Tuesday that they have acquired Christian Sarlo from the Maine Mariners to complete a previous trade. Additionally, Indy has completed a trade by sending forward Ryan Pitoscia to Jacksonville.
Sarlo, 24, is a left shooting forward native of Lynbrook, New York. He played junior hockey in Chicago for the Chicago Steel and Lincoln, Nebraska for the Lincoln Stars before going to Penn State. He played hockey on Long Island, and in Connecticut and New Jersey growing up.
He has played 65 games for the Maine Mariners spanning two seasons, with fifty-five of those games being played over the 2024-25 season.
Sarlo has 17 goals and 20 assists for 37 points throughout his ECHL career. Before joining the Mariners, Sarlo played four seasons at Penn State, totaling 48 points in 122 games.

Goaltender Mitchell Weeks has also been assigned to Indy from Rockford (AHL) as of November 12.
