BLOOMINGTON- The Fuel will face the Bloomington Bison for the second day in a row. With an afternoon game on Sunday to close out the weekend, Indy will look to extend their point streak to seven games and win back to back games against their divisional opponent.
LAST TIME OUT
The last time these two teams met was last night when the Fuel defeated the Bison 3-1. Jordan Martin and Terry Broadhurst scored in the first period to put the Fuel up 2-0. About halfway through the third period, Bloomington earned a power play goal to break the shutout but Fuel captain Chris Cameron scored an empty net goal to close out the game, 3-1.
AROUND THE DIVISION
The Fuel go into this game sitting in third place in the Central division, just two points ahead of Bloomington. Fort Wayne is six points ahead of Indy in second place, and on a three-game win streak. Toledo currently leads the division 55 points and a 22-8-3-3 record this season.
