FUEL CELEBRATE BLACKHAWKS AFFILIATION ON SATURDAY NIGHT AGAINST IOWA

FISHERS- The Fuel will host the Iowa Heartlanders on Saturday to close out their week which included a 6-2 win over Kalamazoo on Tuesday and a 5-2 win over Iowa last night.

LAST TIME OUT

The last time these two teams met was last night when the Fuel claimed a dominant 5-2 win over the Heartlanders. Cody Laskosky and Matt Petgrave each had three-point nights, while Grima claimed two assists of his own. Terry Broadhurst added a power play game-winner to the mix to claim a dominant victory.

IT’S ALL GRAVY

Defenseman Matt Petgrave played his 250th ECHL game last night against Iowa and extended his team-leading point streak. With ten goals and 26 assists, Petgrave leads the Fuel in points and is on pace to set a new single-season franchise points record for defensemen.
