FISHERS- The Fuel will host the Wichita Thunder for the first time this season on Wednesday night. This will kick off a three-game series against the Thunder that will continue over the weekend at the Fishers Event Center.
LAST TIME OUT
The last time these two teams met was March 9, 2025 when the Thunder visited Indy. After defeating them the night before, the Fuel ultimately fell 5-4 to the Thunder. Jesse Tucker opened the scoring in that game and is the only Fuel player still rostered who scored. Indy also recorded 29 penalty minutes in that matchup.
SCOUTING REPORT
The Wichita Thunder come into this game in fifth place in the Mountain division with 52 points and a 22-21-4-4 record. Their points leader, Kyle Crnkovic, has 22 goals and 25 assists so far this season. Defenseman Noah Beck is also an offensive weapon with six power play goals, and 39 points.
