FISHERS- The Fuel have announced on Wednesday that they have re-signed forward Cody Laskosky to a standard player contract for the upcoming 2026-27 season.
Laskosky, 27, first joined the Fuel in November of 2025 when Tahoe traded him for future considerations after tallying six points in eleven games for them. For Indy last season, ‘Lasko’ scored twelve goals and 21 assists in 50 games. He had a +7 goal differential, the second highest among Fuel forwards and tallied four points in five playoff games that season.
The 5’11 right-shooting forward spent the 2024-25 season at the University of Wisconsin, where he recorded eleven points in 27 games played. As a graduate student that year, he pursued a master’s of exercise psychology.
Prior to that, he played four years at RIT, where he became an NCAA (AHA) champion, regular season champion, and was awarded Best Defensive Forward.
The Camrose, Alberta native spent five years in the AJHL (Alberta Junior Hockey League) before his collegiate career.
