INDIANAPOLIS- The Fuel head to Reading, Pennsylvania to face the Royals for the first time this season. Indy will look to keep the momentum going after their win against Kalamazoo last weekend. They begin their two-game set with the Royals on Saturday.
LAST TIME OUT
These two teams have not seen each other since the 2022-23 season, where the Fuel fell 3-2 in Reading in their final meeting that season. Chad Yetman scored both goals for the Fuel that night. The first credited an assist to current captain, Chris Cameron. The Fuel are 1-2-0-0 against the Royals in the past five seasons.
SCOUTING REPORT
The Royals come into this game on a five-game losing streak while the Fuel are coming into it after a win in Kalamazoo last weekend. Indy is looking for their first win streak of the season with a win on Saturday. They will have to keep an eye on rookie and team points leader, forward Connor McMenamin who is averaging a point per game this season through ten games.
