FISHERS- The Fuel have announced on Tuesday that they have re-signed goaltender Ryan Ouellette to a standard player contract for the upcoming 2026-27 season.
Ouellette, 25, returns to the Fuel after joining the team during the end of the 2024-25 season, where he played six games in the regular season as well as one in the playoffs for Indy, posting a .879 save percentage and a 3.22 goals against average.
The Colorado Springs, CO native played six games last year for Indy, where he improved to a .936 save percentage, claimed one shutout victory, and had a goals against average of 1.61.
Prior to that, he spent one year at Northern Michigan University with a 2.95 goals-against average and a save percentage of .917. Previous to that, he spent two years at Niagara University.
The 6’0 goaltender also played 24 games at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire during the 2021-22 season. There, he had a 17-6-1 record and a .923 save percentage.
